Prästost - Prastost - Priest's Cheese - Approx. 1 lb. deli-cut - Priest's cheese is a Swedish grainy hard cheese made of cow's milk, closely related to Svecia and with 45 - 50% fat in the dry matter. Originally it used to be made from tenth milk in rectories in Småland adding older, acidified curd to the yeast milk.  Imported from Sweden in Cheese wheels(rounds) and cryovacced in USDA inspected facility for Anderson Butik.
